About the Role
The HR Representative will handle all aspects of human resources for Kuester-Kamara Investment, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. This position will ensure the smooth operation of HR functions in alignment with company policies and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits programs.
Address employee inquiries and manage conflict resolution in accordance with HR policies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, and social media platforms.
