About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operator to join our elite Family Security Unit. The Operator will be responsible for executing a range of security operations, including surveillance, threat assessment, crisis management, and rapid response to potential security breaches. This individual will work closely with the family’s executive protection team and will ensure that all security protocols and procedures are followed meticulously.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7 protection and surveillance as needed, including personal security for family members and high-value assets.
Conduct threat assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement preventive measures.
Manage secure communication systems and execute encrypted data transfers to ensure information security.
Respond quickly and effectively to any security incidents, including emergencies and heightened threat levels.
Participate in family safety and security drills, and maintain readiness in accordance with FAMSAFE and FAMSEC protocols.
Operate security equipment such as drones, CCTV systems, and encrypted radios.
Work collaboratively with local authorities, private security teams, and external contractors as needed.
Assist with the secure transport of family members, valuable goods, and confidential documents.
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in military, law enforcement, private security, or similar field or willing to go through training course.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced security certifications preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of security protocols, including surveillance, risk assessment, and emergency response.
Proficiency in the use of security equipment and technology (e.g., encrypted radios, GPS tracking, surveillance cameras).
Tactical proficiency and ability to operate in high-pressure environments.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in highly dynamic situations.
Physical Fitness: Candidates must meet physical fitness standards suitable for tactical response duties.
Clearance: Must pass a thorough background check and obtain security clearance.
Certifications: First aid, CPR, and security-related certifications are a plus.
Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on family needs.
